Breakthrough session at the international symposium

The international scientific symposium, will be held in Paris from November 29 until December 2, 2016 and will gather scientists from all around the world.

In order to launch new collaborations with the Institut Pasteur International network, the Center for Translational Science and the Department of International affairs organize a "breakthrough" session on Friday, December 2 (14:00 - 16:30).

  • What is the "breakthrough session"?

You will have 3 minutes to speak in front of the audience of the conference and 1 hour during the interactive coffee break to interact with new partners to start your collaboration.

  • How to participate?

In order to participate, please send a maximum one page very informal proposal where you will suggest a project and seek for a potential partner within the Network, using the enclosed form. These proposals should be returned at the address: breakthrough@pasteur.fr before November 12th.

  • Who should participate?

Every researcher (lab head, young investigators, doc, post-doc, engineers, technicians ...) are encouraged to submit their ideas. Do not hesitate to have a look at the RIIP database to know more about the expertise in the Network.

  • Why should you participate?

• Because 7 out of 14 last year speakers found new partners thanks to this session

• Because the Pasteur international network is a "unique asset" and you should take advantage of it

• Because it will help you identify partners to apply to PTR grants
