Annual Appraisals

Reminder: Final weeks to complete performance reviews for staff of categories 1 to 6 and executive administrative and technical staff

The annual appraisals – objectives and competencies – for staff of categories 1 to 6 and executive administrative and technical staff began at the start of June. The documents needed to conduct the appraisals (version 2015 of the supporting documents, guide for staff and their superiors) are available on Webcampus.

 

It is up to you to print the documents as no printed versions will be sent out. Supporting documentation for the appraisals and, where applicable, applications for category/group changes should be returned to the local HR department no later than Friday, September 18, 2015. Please remember to keep a copy for yourself.

We would remind you that individual pay rises should not be discussed during these appraisals. Information for managers wishing to propose pay rises will be sent out at a later date.

 

Concerning training requests, please do not forget to specify these on the supporting documents; for researchers (scientists and engineers) requests should be made on a specific document, downloaded from our intranet. These requirements will be taken into account when developing the Institut Pasteur training plan for 2016. It is very important to return the documents before the specified deadline to make sure that the training plan can be drawn up in good time.
