Bulletin interne de l'Institut Pasteur
Whether you are new to Next Generation Sequencing (NGS), or completely familiar with it, Citech invites you to attend a seminar. You will be given a brief introduction to Illumina Next Generation Sequencing employed at the Biomics Pole (Citech) - Pasteur, followed by scientific presentations including unique applications and results. This is a great opportunity to get together, discover the services and developments on campus, exchange experiences and learn about new products and developments. Of course, the Biomics team and Illumina engineers will be on hand to meet with you and to answer questions.
Topics such as epigenetics, human genetics, bacteriology, single cell sequencing, sequencing instrumentation and data analysis will be discussed. The goal will be to illustrate how we can bring Next Generation Sequencing to your specific application and receive your feedback on the direction for future developments such as meta-genomics and meta-transcriptomics.
Attendance at the seminar is free and lunch is provided. Travel is to be paid by attendees.
The event will take place on September 22 in Jacques Monod amphitheater. It commences with registration at 9:00, the first presentation begins at 9:30.
