117th issue of the "Lettre de l'Institut Pasteur" out now: "The central role of epidemiology in public health"

The latest issue of the quarterly newsletter for Institut Pasteur donors – the "Lettre de l'Institut Pasteur" (LIP) – contains a special feature on epidemiology.

How can an epidemic develop? What are the associated risk factors? How should new health measures be introduced? To address these questions, epidemiologists conduct wide-ranging population-level studies. The newsletter presents several Institut Pasteur projects with the potential to have a real impact on public health.
