Satisfaction survey for C2RT users and staff

In a bid to take on board users’ views and opinions and continually improve our services, the ISO 9001 certified units of the Center for Technology Resources and Research (C2RT) are running a satisfaction survey.

This will give users the opportunity to rate the quality of the services provided.

Your feedback is important and will have an impact on the units’ future. It will enable us to improve the services provided and anticipate your needs.

Any complaints made through this process will be given priority at unit meetings with a view to defining the measures to be taken.

An assessment will be presented at the user committee meetings and be posted on the unit websites.

The next satisfaction survey will run from October 1 to November 30, 2019 and will be conducted via a questionnaire. If you received training or worked with the C2RT’s units, please take a few minutes to answer this satisfaction questionnaire.
