How is the project progressing?
Acceptance testing of the order processing process is complete but is continuing through September for accounting/payment aspects. The @gora project would like to thank all those involved in this project phase, which was useful for adapting the tool to campus requirements.
In addition, the project team informs you that a number of useful aids are available to help with the rollout of the Coupa tool (6 videos in the finalization stages, regular open desk sessions, a Web page with reference documents).
What are the next stages?
Training for assistants is scheduled before December and will concern 136 people. An invitation will be sent out by Matthieu Fustec to those concerned. The @gora project team is counting on your active participation to facilitate getting started with the tool as soon as it launches.
