Satisfaction survey for C2RT users and staff

The Center for Technology Resources and Research (C2RT) and its four ISO 9001: V2015 certified units – PBI, UBI, MSBio and Biomics – offer staff and users the opportunity to rate the quality of the services provided on a daily basis.

You can also communicate with the various units through the Open Desk sessions, user committees, etc.

In addition, as every year, and in a bid to take on board staff and users’ views and opinions and continually improve our services, the four units also run a satisfaction survey via a questionnaire.

Your feedback is important and will be analyzed with the greatest attention. This will enable us to anticipate your needs and improve the services provided. An assessment will be presented at the user committee and C2RT management review meetings.

The next satisfaction survey will run from October 1 to November 30, 2018. If you received training or worked with the C2RT’s certified units, please take a few minutes to answer this satisfaction questionnaire to be emailed to each unit.
