Partner companies and foundations support the Institut Pasteur's scientists

Ever since Pasteurdon was first set up, several companies and foundations have rallied to the cause to offer their support with special fundraising drives of their own. Read on to find out more about the initiatives of the companies and foundations that are supporting the 2018 edition:

 

  • Le Roch-Les Mousquetaires Foundation

The Le Roch-Les Mousquetaires Foundation, a long-standing partner of the Institut Pasteur, directly funds two research programs on food safety. It is a loyal supporter of the Institut Pasteur's scientists and steps up for Pasteurdon each year. For the 2018 edition, the Le Roch-Les Mousquetaires Foundation will once again be offering its valuable support, with the sale of two charity-linked products in stores in the Les Mousquetaires group. This campaign will be taking place in several Intermarché and Bricomarché stores, which are doing their bit to "defend research". From October 10 to 14, for every rose bush bought in participating stores, €1 will be donated to Pasteurdon. And in the Intermarché network, from October 9 to 14, 50 cents will be donated to research for every three-pack of Capitaine Cook sardines purchased.

 

  • AG2R LA MONDIALE

AG2R LA MONDIALE has been supporting the Institut Pasteur's scientists since 2008. The French social welfare and protection company is also one of Pasteurdon's loyal partners with its sport-based fundraising campaign "Vivons Vélo". The kilometers pedaled during these cycle rides, which are organized throughout the year, are turned into donations for Pasteurdon. The 2018 "Vivons Vélo" campaign in aid of the Institut Pasteur will draw to a close with "Vivons Vélo" events for cyclists across France on Saturday October 13.
 

  • Assu 2000

For the fifth year running, the Assu 2000 group is partnering with Pasteurdon, supporting research into heart disease. This year, the insurance company is introducing a new charity-linked product campaign for Pasteurdon in its 400 agencies and on its website. From September 1 to October 31, 2018, for any new car, motorcycle, health or provident insurance policy taken out, Assu 2000 will donate €1 to the Institut Pasteur.

 

  • AXA Atout Cœur

Every year during Pasteurdon week, AXA Atout Cœur runs fundraising campaigns on its sites to raise awareness among its staff about the research carried out at the Institut Pasteur.

 

  • Tarifold

Tarifold, a loyal Institut Pasteur sponsor since 2008, is once again inspiring its staff to raise money for research. For the tenth year running, the teams of this company – the global leader in display and presentation systems – will rally to the Pasteurdon cause with three days of fundraising at Tarifold headquarters in Alsace.

 

  • RATP

Since the very first Pasteurdon 12 years ago, the RATP (Paris public transport authority) has provided the campaign with a communication outlet via its display network in the Paris metro under the banner "Nous aimons, nous participons" (We like it – we support it). And this year, for the fourth year running, it has also made available the A4 display boards on some bus routes.

 

  • TV Magazine

TV Magazine, France's leading TV listings magazine, is once again supporting the Institut Pasteur by presenting the Pasteurdon campaign to readers of its print and online versions.

 

  • Radio France

Radio France is a committed partner. As a civic-minded, socially responsible company at the forefront of social progress – both as an employer and as a public broadcaster – Radio France is standing alongside the Institut Pasteur once again this year as it celebrates its 130th anniversary, and to support Pasteurdon 2018 by broadcasting appeal messages from October 10 to 14.
