General staff meeting on September 17 at 2pm

The Institut Pasteur senior management team is delighted to invite you to the next general meeting for all staff, to be held from 2 to 4pm on September 17.

At the meeting we will inform you about the latest news regarding the COVID-19 pandemic and outline the impact of the current situation on the Institut Pasteur's activities, especially regarding the implementation of the Strategic Plan.

We will also present the main conclusions and areas for reflection identified following the survey conducted in July about how Institut Pasteur staff were affected by the lockdown and easing of lockdown measures.

In view of the current context, you can attend the meeting in one of two ways, depending on your work situation (working on site or from home):

  • either in person, with procedures in place to ensure compliance with hygiene and distancing measures: a reduced number of staff will be accepted in the CIS (the first 300 people) ;

  • or remotely from your desktop via Teams, by clicking on this link.

A question and answer session will be held at the end of the meeting after the presentations.

We are very much looking forward to meeting with all of you.

Professor Stewart Cole
President
