"Let's defend research together!": the campaign continues for the 14th edition of Pasteurdon

The fourteenth edition of Pasteurdon to be held in October will take place in an unprecedented health context. The annual Pasteurdon is a pivotal event that showcases research and those who best embody it. The campaign provides an opportunity to inspire as many people as possible to give in support of the Institut Pasteur’s research.

The COVID-19 outbreak is still ongoing, and this event will emphasize all the more strongly the importance of continuing to rally to the cause to help defend research and lead the fight against threats to human health – infectious diseases, outbreaks like COVID-19, Zika and Ebola, drug resistance, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, cancer and many more – in all of which the Institut Pasteur is actively engaged in its daily operation.

This 14th edition of Pasteurdon will take place from Wednesday October 7 to Sunday October 11 with a campaign characterized by the visuals and campaign film you all know so well. Featuring a pair of scientists in the lab surrounded by equipment traditionally associated with research – test tubes, beakers, etc. – and with the slogan "Let's defend research together!", this campaign will encourage us all to step up and support research, in the interests of progress and for the future of humanity!

Loyal Pasteurdon patron for the past 10 years, Alexandra Lamy will be getting behind this new edition which will also enjoy the support of a stronger line-up of media partners than ever before! She is gearing up for a whole host of initiatives in connection with this cause so close to her heart!
