Implementing and complying with the Institut Pasteur's graphic standard
• Checking communication materials
All communication materials need to be checked by the Department of Communications before printing, by emailing charte@pasteur.fr
to make sure that the Institut Pasteur's graphic standard has been applied and that the logo has been correctly used (version, size, color, etc.). This also applies to scientific posters, only so that the Institut Pasteur logo can be checked.
• Producing communication materials
The team at charte@pasteur.fr is also on hand to offer guidance on communication materials or to provide a graphic design service. If you need a poster, a leaflet, a brochure, business cards, a roll-up banner or other materials, feel free to email your requirements to charte@pasteur.fr.
• Colorizing electron microscopy images
You can also ask for support in colorizing electron microscopy images by emailing charte@pasteur.fr. Feel free to contact us for any requests related to scientific publications or illustrations for conferences.

• Placing orders
When placing orders, you should always use the following procedure:
- Make sure all communication materials are checked by the Department of Communications before printing, by emailing charte@pasteur.fr.
- Contact the supplier by email, attaching the document to be printed and providing the necessary information (quantity, paper quality and grammage, any special requests, etc.) and your contact details.
- The supplier will acknowledge receipt of the request, contact you if necessary and send a quote.
- You must then create a shopping cart, attaching the quote received and indicating the quote number and date in a "supplier note." The purchase order can then be sent to the supplier.
Please note that in-house procedures require all suppliers to indicate the purchase order number on their delivery note and invoice. This means that a shopping cart must be created for any printing needs.
Printed items will be delivered to the reception in the Logistics Department (Institut Pasteur, 15th arrondissement, or Hearing Institute, 12th arrondissement).
For more information or for any urgent orders, you can contact your manager to speed up the procedure or you can use an open order. Urgent orders should only be placed in exceptional circumstances.
