Jointly led by the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Department and the CARE service, in collaboration with the HR Development Department, this oneyear program supports the ambitions of the Pasteur 2030 Strategic Plan, positioning inclusive leadership as a key driver of transformation, collaboration, and scientific impact. 

Through a mix of collective learning, individual coaching, and a crossfunctional team project, participants will strengthen essential skills in leadership, transversal project management, networkbuilding, and professional visibility — capabilities that enable to strengthen scientific excellence, foster crossfunctional collaboration, and increase the impact of science on society. 

It’s a valuable opportunity to step back, engage across disciplines, and drive change through concrete initiatives that embody Institute Pasteur’s collective values.
