PASTEUR2030
Launch of the Scientific Assessment Portal

Under the Pasteur 2030 Strategic Plan, the Institut Pasteur and its dedicated bodies are committed to recognizing the contributions of all employees in the fields of research and health, by providing individual assessment and support for career development.
For the scientific community, the Scientific Careers and Assessment Department is modernizing the procedure for submitting individual assessment documents with a new IT portal known as the Scientific Assessment Portal. The new portal is the result of a lengthy process of analysis and development by the Scientific Careers Unit in the Scientific Careers and Assessment Department and the Information Systems Department.
The aim of this new tool is to make it easier for interested parties to submit applications and to streamline the assessment process carried out by the members of the Scientific Staff Evaluation Committee (COMESP).
You can access the portal via "Mon portail de services" (My service portal) in "Mon dossier personnel" (My personal file).
For autumn 2026, the assessment procedure only concerns permanent managerial staff (recruited on a permanent contract no later than January 2026) within the "Research" and "Research Engineering" sectors whose last name begins with a letter between I and Z.
The new portal is part of a broader initiative to improve the organization and operation of the COMESP.
Please feel free to send your feedback on this new tool to support.portaileval@pasteur.fr.
“For us, the goal of this development was to provide a solution that would reduce the workload for the scientists being evaluated and the members of COMESP. We hope this new portal will be a success for this first evaluation session. We are optimistic, but we will be attentive to any feedback that will help us improve its functionality to make it as effective as possible” .
