Cleaning of exterior windows on buildings on campus from late April to late June 2021

The Waste, Sterilization and Premises Maintenance Department in the Technical Resources and Environment Department would like to inform you that the exterior windows on buildings on campus will be cleaned from April 27 to June 29.

The company ONET, the Institut Pasteur's service provider, has drawn up the following cleaning schedule :

• April 30: building 64
• May 3: building 65
• May 4 to 8 inclusive: building 66
• May 10: buildings 50 and 69
• May 12 to 15 inclusive: building 68
• May 17 to 19 inclusive: buildings 51-52
• May 20 to 22 inclusive: building 67
• May 24: building 08
• May 25 to 27 inclusive: buildings 9 and 10
• May 24 and 29: building 12
• June 4 and 5: building 22
• June 11 and 12: building 24
• June 14: buildings 17 and 21
• June 14 to 19 inclusive: buildings 26-27-28
• June 19: building 25
• June 21 to 24 inclusive: buildings 01-02-03-04
• June 25 to 29 inclusive: building 15

If the windows are fitted with external blinds, please make sure they are pushed up the day before the windows are due to be cleaned in your building.

The cleaning schedule will be adjusted if any issues are encountered. Changes may be made partway through the schedule. The teams will do their best to keep the impact on campus to a minimum.
