♦ Call for proposals – extension

The latest PPU call for proposals has been open since June 25, 2022. The submission deadline has now been extended to 12 noon on September 5, 2022.

♦ Call for applications

The Institut Pasteur is also pleased to announce the launch of its call for applications for the Pasteur-Paris University (PPU) International Doctoral Program, which will begin in October 2023.
Applications can be submitted from September 19 to November 2, 2022.

The list of projects and laboratories is available on the website: "Current call".

Applicants should contact the laboratories of their choice by November 2, 2022 and submit their applications (which should be prepared jointly with the laboratory) no later than November 15, 2022.

This PhD program is aimed at students who have completed (or are due to complete) a Master's or equivalent in life sciences at a university outside France. All those who join the program will receive a salary to cover their accommodation, health insurance and tuition fees. The program is in English, so no knowledge of French is required. Eligibility criteria can be found on the website (click the link "Application information").

Call for proposals for the PPU-Research & Technology satellite program (PPU-R&T)

This year, the PPU is running a new satellite program: PPU-Research & Technology (PPU-R&T).
The aim of the PPU-R&T program is to encourage the development of a new technology or methodology that tackles a biological question with an impact on human health, via collaborative projects between a laboratory and a technological platform or a technology and service unit. PhD students selected for a collaborative project will spend a considerable proportion of their time in the partner technological platform or technology and service unit.

The call for proposals has been open since Thursday September 1, 2022.
