2017 Pasteurdon campaign launched with media partners

On May 30, to kick off the 2017 edition and reveal the new identity of this year's Pasteurdon, an event was organized for our loyal media partners from TV channels and radio stations who have worked alongside the Institut Pasteur for many years to support Pasteurdon, especially by broadcasting short films, one of the hallmarks of the campaign weekend.

At this event, attended by a host of representatives from TV and radio, Jean-François Chambon, Vice-President Communications and Fundraising, reiterated his thanks on behalf of the Institut Pasteur for this unique partnership, which has provided support for scientific research for the past nine years. With Erik Orsenna, he also reaffirmed the importance of Pasteurdon, especially the constant need with each new edition to raise awareness among the general public of the Institut Pasteur's role, to explain the vital health issues facing us now and in the future, and – it goes without saying – to encourage as many people as possible to give.

This year, TV channels C8, W9, TMC, NT1, NRJ12, LCP, Public Sénat, France 4, BFM TV - BFM Business - BFM Paris, CNews, CStar, Gulli, France O, HD1, L'Equipe, 6TER, N°23, RMC Découverte, Chérie 25, LCI, France 24 et France Info TV, and radio stations including RFI, Nostalgie, Chérie FM, BFM Business Radio, Rire et Chansons, NRJ, Radio Classique, Fun Radio, RMC, Virgin Radio, RFM, RTL et RTL2, Europe 1, will be rallying to the cause.
