Bulletin interne de l'Institut Pasteur
As the Institut Pasteur prepares to develop its "Pasteur 2030" Strategic Plan, the senior management team was keen to seek your views and involve you as widely as possible via an online staff survey, which was launched on Tuesday February 27 and ran for two full weeks.
The survey was designed to give you the opportunity to share your thoughts on how you feel at work, your relationship with the Institut Pasteur, your perception of the Institut Pasteur's image and position, and also the drivers that can be leveraged to collectively improve our future outlook. The consultation period came to a close on Monday March 11.
The survey was completed by 68% of staff members, and we would like to extend our sincere thanks for the high level of participation. This guarantees a (very) good level of representativeness and also reflects a shared desire for an accurate assessment of the Institut Pasteur's strengths and weaknesses so that we can develop and implement a Strategic Plan that is as relevant and effective as possible. Your contributions and the information gathered are crucial in preparing and embarking on the next stages.
In keeping with the commitments made by the Institut Pasteur management, a major internal meeting in "Town Hall" format will be held on Thursday April 4 from 4:00 to 5:30 pm in the CIS auditorium to present the results of the "Pasteur 2030" consultation, the mission statement of the strategic plan and the next stages in the plan's construction.
The presentation will be moderated by Yasmine Belkaid, Institut Pasteur's President, in the presence of members of the senior management board and teams directly involved in this work. The meeting will include time for discussion and questions and answers.
You will also have the opportunity to participate remotely, in French or English, via Zoom, using a browser connection. Remote simultaneous translation into English will also be available.
