From the 2014-2015 academic year onwards, 1st-, 2nd-, 3rd- and 4th-year PhD students working on the Institut Pasteur campus have been eligible for a refund of their enrollment fees at universities in mainland France.
We would remind you that refund requests should be sent by email to fraisuniv@pasteur.fr and must be accompanied by:
a certificate of registration from your university, specifically the section showing that your university fees have been paid for the current academic year,
your bank details (a relevé d'identité bancaire or RIB).
You will only be refunded:
on receipt of these two documents,
if you have filled in and confirmed the "Personal Information" and "Situation Summary" forms on the tutoring platform (see the email sent by the platform),
if the refund request is sent by email to fraisuniv@pasteur.fr (applications sent to any other email address or delivered by hand will not be considered).
The refund procedure is a lengthy administrative process. All eligible PhD students will be refunded for the 2017-2018 academic year by June 2018 at the latest. We would therefore ask you not to send us reminder emails before the end of June 2018.
