Human resources

Reminder: Monday March 10, new HR "open door" session to support foreign staff who have recently joined the Institut Pasteur

The Institut Pasteur is committed to facilitating the integration of new staff, especially foreign nationals. In line with its priorities, and as announced at the presentation of the Strategic Plan in December 2024, a series of initiatives were launched at the start of 2025 to support them in the onboarding process.

Special "open door" sessions are held to answer newcomers' questions about administrative procedures related to their stay in France.

The next session organized by the administrative management teams in the Human Resources Department will be held on Monday March 10 and cover the following topics:

•    Residence permit

•    Social security and health insurance

•    Different types of leave (additional leave, maternity and paternity leave, etc.

HR open door sessions are mainly aimed at Institut Pasteur employees*

(*OREX staff (from external research organizations) are encouraged to contact their employer if they have any administrative questions)
