A look back at the "Bioinformatics and genome analysis" course held at the Institut Pasteur in Tunis

A "Bioinformatics and Genome Analysis" course was organized at the Institut Pasteur in Tunis from September 18th to December 15th 2017. This course was organized with the help of the University Tunis El Manar and the Institut Pasteur de Tunis and the financial contributions of the French Institute of Tunisia and the Agence Française de la Francophonie. It brought together about twenty participants who are young researchers or students in PhD and about ten lecturers from French institutions (including a majority of the Instiut Pasteur, Paris), American, Canadian , Swedes and Tunisians including the Institut Pasteur de Tunis.
