Some members of the promotion committees (COMPRO) are set to be replaced this year. COMPRO members sit on three committees that play an important role in reviewing cases for promotion for different groups and categories of staff.
New members will be appointed to replace 12 permanent members and 13 alternate members for a four-year term.

Practical details
• Any permanent Institut Pasteur employees with at least four years of service may apply to sit on the committees.
• To apply, please send the application form, which can be downloaded on the ePasteur promotion committees page, by email to Marie-Laure Petit, Head of the Local HR and HR Administrative Management Department (marie-laure.petit@pasteur.fr):
• Application forms must be completed, signed and sent by Friday September 12, 2025.
• The management team will appoint permanent and alternate members from among the applicants to serve a term beginning in 2025.
• New members will be given specific training at the end of the year.
• Members will be selected based on the representation of each sector or category, as well as their professional experience and their knowledge of the Institut Pasteur and professions on campus. Priority will be given to applicants with managerial experience for the managerial staff representatives on the three committees.

Reminder about the role of promotion committees:
The task of each promotion committee is to review cases for promotion within its remit:
• promotions to categories 3 and 4 for the promotion committee for categories 2, 3 and 4,
• promotions to categories 5 and 6 for the promotion committee for categories 5 and 6,
• and promotions from non-managerial to managerial staff (group 4), managerial staff (group 4) to experienced managerial staff (group 5) and experienced managerial staff (group 5) to expert managerial staff (group 6) for the promotion committee for managerial staff in the clinical research, health, technical support and administrative support sectors.
