New service provider for IT helpdesk

As announced in the April 20 edition of the newsletter, from June 1, 2018, the IT helpdesk on campus will be run by the new service provider Econocom, a leader in digital service provision for companies in France for more than 40 years.

The Information Systems Department, your contact for information about the helpdesk service, would like to update you about the latest developments on this project:

• The entire new Econocom team is now present on campus and working in pairs with Cegedim teams.

• The first phase  –  knowledge acquisition and appropriation of the campus environment  –  is complete. Now, support teams in pairs will carry out local interventions on campus and learn more about the different careers at the Institut Pasteur.
