Next month, the Institut Pasteur will celebrate the 130th anniversary of its inauguration which took place on November 14, 1888. The Institut Pasteur was officially opened by French President Sadi Carnot. For this occasion, a high-level conference on global health will be organized, on the Parisian campus on the eve of the inauguration, November 13, 2018.

For the 12th edition of Pasteurdon there was widespread coverage on TV and radio and in the press. A number of researchers took part in TV or radio programs to talk about their research at the Institut Pasteur and the campaign to raise awareness and funds.
This summer, the "Vivons Vélo" event took place once again on the Institut Pasteur campus. Keen cyclists and all those committed to the cause showed their support by taking part in the seventh edition of this sporting challenge. Several of you came along to push those pedals over three weeks and clock up the kilometers in the François Jacob building.
