- Appointment of the Vice-President Legal Affairs
At its meeting on December 15, the Board of Directors approved the appointment of Régine Borgeot as Vice-President Legal Affairs at the Institut Pasteur.
She will report to the Senior Vice-President responsible for Administration.

On February 4, 2016, Marie-Pierre Gratius, Head of the Budget and Management Control Department, was appointed Assistant Vice-President Financial Affairs, reporting to Corinne Fortin.

- New name: "Institut Pasteur Conference Center"
On February 1, 2016, the Conferences and Events Department, headed by Valérie Escande within the Communications and Fundraising Department, changed its name to "Institut Pasteur Conference Center".
