New HR operational structure

The Human Resources Department is continuing its efforts to streamline its structure and activities so that it will be better equipped to meet the needs of Institut Pasteur staff. Operational HR teams have now been set up for each department.

These teams are led now by specific HR contacts for each HR domains (administrative, training and recruitment services).

Your local HR contact is still your main point of contact for all HR matters and can offer support for your day-to-day needs.

Alongside this new structure, ongoing work to modernize and digitize HR activities will be continued.
