Results of the annual negotiations for 2017

The annual negotiations for the year 2017, which ran from January 25 to March 20, have recently concluded without agreement being reached.

The link below provides access to the statement of disagreement, which also contains an outline of the measures that the management team will enforce unilaterally. These include:

  • a general wage-increase measure of 0.8%, which will come into effect on July 1, 2017,

  • a one-off bonus for employees whose salary is lower than 1.6 times the minimum wage,

  • an available budget of 1.8% for individual pay rises, promotions, seniority bonuses and minimum career progress increments.
