New BCP message: stricter measures in the dining hall and installation of Hygiabox units

In the light of recent data on the COVID-19 epidemic and the circulation of new variants of SARS-CoV-2 in France, the BCP Committee has decided to step up protective measures for staff since Thursday January 14, especially in the dining hall, where masks cannot be worn at all times:

  • the minimum physical distance between people will be increased, with just 1 in 3 seats being used (instead of 1 in 2 previously). The seats that are off-limits are indicated with Xes made of.

  • Hygiabox units will be installed to monitor the aeration of the dining hall at all times

The BCP Committee also encourages staff to make use of the entire period in which the restaurant is open (11.30am to 2.15pm) insofar as the number of places has been limited (around 195 places available), and to limit the time spent at the table. Remember that a click and collect service is available for the cafeteria and there is a takeaway service for the company restaurant.

Thank you in advance for your efforts to comply with these new recommendations, which will help protect all staff.
