WOMEN AND SCIENCE

International Women's Day on March 8 is an opportunity to reiterate the importance of gender equality as a strategic challenge for the Institut Pasteur. The newsletter has compiled a round-up of the main measures and initiatives in this area.

Agenda

A general staff meeting and discussion session about the Institut Pasteur's research on SARS-CoV-2 and COVID-19 will be held on Monday March 15 from 10am to 12.30pm. This meeting will take place remotely via Teams.

News

Two projects have been accepted into the Institut Pasteur Innovation Accelerator, an initiative to improve the development potential of the Institut Pasteur's research: a highly automated technological system involving bioassays and a partnership based on a French startup studio.

International

After more than three years of activities in the underprivileged regions of the Centre and South of Tunisia, the second phase of the ATun-DIP's project (Improvement of the management of Tunisian children suffering from Primary Immunodeficiency Diseases) started on February the 4th, 2021. The project, coordinated by the Institut Pasteur de Tunis in collaboration with several partners including the Institut Pasteur, now extends to the disadvantaged regions of North-West Tunisia.
