Bioaster is pleased to announce that Mass Cytometry (CyTOF 2, Fluidigm) technology is available on the campus (Building 27 François Jacob, 3rd floor).
This technology represents an evolution of flow cytometry in which the antibodies are conjugated with heavy metals rather than fluorochromes. This allows the detection of more than 40 parameters simultaneously without spillover between the different detection channels.
The Bioaster team has developed panels including surface and intracellular markers that allow phenotypic and functional analysis, both for human and murine samples, from circulating or isolated tissue cells.
In addition, in-house labelling antibodies with the detection metals allows greater flexibility in the setup of the analysis panels and also in the choice of the antibody clones used for each study.
