With the Paris 2024 Olympic Games almost upon us (T-75 days) and the prospect of very high visitor numbers affecting travel in Greater and Inner Paris, the Institut Pasteur management team has devised a raft measures whose purpose is to: help employees get to work; support units with working arrangements; and guide any adjustments to working hours during the Olympics.

Agenda

The Labex IBEID 2024 Conference is one of the most visible activities of the Labex. As one of the most important consortia about Emerging Infectious Diseases in France, the IBEID Congress provides a platform for international scientific exchange and showcases the newest developments in global health and epidemiology, pathogens and vectors study, new therapies, vaccine development and related areas.

Museum

During the on-site training program organized with the National Heritage Institute and the Ecole du Louvre from May 27 to 31, 2024 in the former Museum of Research Applications in Marnes-la-Coquette, the museum team is offering to take Institut Pasteur staff members (registration required) on an hour-long guided tour to find out about the history of the former Institut Pasteur annex.

Life outside the lab

Once again this year for World Music Day, members of La Pasteurale, the choir and the Institut Pasteur sports club (ASIP) are preparing to celebrate summer on campus by sharing their talent as only they know how. A lively program awaits you on June 21: prepare for a fun afternoon of song, dance, theater, drawing and much more! The event will continue throughout the afternoon.
