As we enter the second quarter, President Yasmine Belkaid has outlined the key challenges facing us in the months ahead. She presented the implementing method for the scientific priorities and major projects that shape the new "Pasteur 2030" Strategic Plan.

In connection with the collaboration between the Institut Pasteur and Sorbonne Université, a joint symposium was held at the Institut Pasteur on March 27. Leading scientists from the two institutions gathered at the event to discuss key scientific challenges and strengthen cooperation.

The 14th edition of the conference "NMR: a tool for biology," co-organized by the Institut Pasteur and Bruker BioSpin, will be held from May 26 to 28, 2025 in the CIS auditorium. It will gather internationally renowned experts in the application of NMR to crucial aspects of biology.

About 20% of human cancers are related to a viral infection or to the presence of viral genes in the organism. The mechanisms of virus-induced oncogenesis are multiple: encoding of proteins that reprograms host cellular signaling pathways controlling cell death, proliferation, differentiation, genomic integrity, recognition by the immune system, induction of inflammation and immunological alterations by viral infection.

The Pasteur Museum and CeRIS are pleased to invite you to a screening of the docudrama "The Oath of Cyriac" directed by Olivier Bourgeois on Tuesday April 29, 2025 at 12.45pm in the François Jacob auditorium.
