The International Day of Women and Girls in Science is an opportunity to promote equal access to and participation in science for women and girls. Organized by the UN on February 11 each year, the day reminds us that women and girls play a key role in science and technology communities and that efforts need to be made to strengthen their participation and leadership.

The Institut Pasteur creates massive open online courses (MOOCs) on a variety of scientific topics, ranging from major biological questions to public health issues (HIV, tuberculosis, rabies, malaria, stem cells, epigenetics, etc.).
