The Institut Pasteur is launching an exclusive collection of NFTs to celebrate the bicentenary of Louis Pasteur's birth. Inspired by Louis Pasteur's trailblazing spirit, 200 unique digital artworks will be created and sold for the 16th edition of Pasteurdon.

For the 16th edition of Pasteurdon, a brand new version of the dedicated website, pasteurdon.fr, has been launched, containing all the latest information about this year's edition of the fundraising campaign. The website contains a host of news and details about the upcoming event and provides a glimpse of what's new for the 2022 campaign – as well as shining a light on the people involved and the events you can look forward to up to Pasteurdon weekend...

Agenda

Motivated by a strong will to offer the Institut Pasteur campus a robust, rich and auspicious technological environment, the Executive Scientific Division identified 4 Technology-Targeted Actions (ATC), launched in 2021. On November 21, it is proposing the first symposium dedicated to Drug Discovery & Screening (DDS), as part of the ATC-DDS initiative.

The digital education office is pleased to invite you to sign up for the first edition of the Rabies MOOC, from Nov. 08, 2022, to Feb.14, 2023, led by Hervé Bourhy and Noël Tordo. Rabies is a fatal encephalitis caused by a Lyssavirus primarily transmitted by the bite or scratch of infected animals.

Life outside the lab

Institut Pasteur cultural and sports activities are starting up again for the 2022/2023 academic year, with a wide and varied range of activities on offer. For the occasion, the Institut Pasteur cultural society, La Pasteurale, is holding a fair to present its activities in the atrium of the François Jacob building on Thursday September 29 from 12 noon to 2pm.
