The Institut Pasteur management team is pleased to invite you to a general staff meeting to be held from 10am to 12 noon on November 7. The meeting will be held both in person in the CIS auditorium and remotely to give as many of you as possible the chance to attend.
The purpose of anesthesia is to put the brain into an unconscious state in which stimuli such as sounds are not perceived. In this state, the neurons in the auditory cortex are still stimulated by sounds, but the latter are not perceived by the brain.
