The Pasteur 2030 online survey was launched on February 27. It will run until Monday March 11 inclusive, so we are now entering the final few days. 53% have already taken part, and we would like to thank you for your time. The survey is open to the entire Institut Pasteur community and is a key stage in the development of the Pasteur 2030 Strategic Plan. It is important for us to maintain this momentum right up to and including Monday evening.
International Women's Day, celebrated each year on March 8, is an opportunity to reaffirm the Institut Pasteur’s commitment to gender equality and also to a working environment that guarantees diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) for all staff on a daily basis.
Email signatures at the end of emails represent a virtual business card. They are a way of inserting information about the identity of the sender, practical information like addresses or contact details, and information about the institution. Recently, at the request of the senior management team, the Department of Communications and Public Affairs, in collaboration with the Information Systems Department, has been working to harmonize email signatures to ensure uniformity and consistency for emails sent from Institut Pasteur email addresses.

The 2024 Skills Development Plan is currently being finalized and will be rolled out on campus starting April 2, 2024. In your Talentsoft (Career Portal) space, you will be able to see the results of the assessment of training requirements raised during appraisals and career development reviews (EAP).
Spring is just around the corner: free up space in your mailbox and keep it in good shape! As part of the Digital Cleanup Day 2024, the IT Department and the CSR Department are pleased to launch the second edition of the #TeamCleaners Challenge, beginning on March 18th and running until 30th April.
As it seeks to pursue its CSR commitments, especially in connection with the Responsible Campus program, the Institut Pasteur is continuing its efforts to raise awareness, with the additional support of the GreenTeam Employee Resources Group (ERG) since the beginning of 2023.
