BIP : The Institut Pasteur Newsletter, May 29, 2020

The Institut Pasteur in Paris and its International Network of 32 institutes have been extremely active worldwide in responding with science to the pandemic caused by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus. Its response currently involves a lot of people at the Institut Pasteur in Paris and several teams in the network in other countries

The Institut Pasteur, actively involved at a very early stage in the response to COVID-19 and supported by the entire Pasteurian community, has launched several projects and invested boundless energy and resources over the past few months.

Given the current context and the Institut Pasteur's Progressive Business Resumption Plan, some Institut Pasteur employees are now working on campus but others are still working from home. Until we are all finally able to see each other again, we want to encourage you all to rise to a new challenge and create a bridge between remote and on-site Pasteurians as a way of further catalyzing the Institut Pasteur's efforts.

This week, DIM ELICIT published a presentation video on its YouTube channel produced in collaboration with the educational media platform "L'Esprit Sorcier." This first step is the launchpad for a series of several educational videos, supported by the Greater Paris region, with the aim of presenting the little known research topics in this Field of Major Interest (DIM) in an attractive, easy-to-understand way for the general public, especially for science students.
